1 Xylan

Xylan is a kind of pentosan, occurred to the plant cellular wall. The matter is an anti-nutritive factor because it can pack protein and starch polysaccharides not to degradative. Now common feed stuff(corn, wheat, soybean meal, unconventional cake and so on) includes xylan.

2 Xylanase action mechanisms

Xylanase is a kind of enzyme which can degrade xylan to oligosaccharide and xylose, among the matter,β-1，4-xylanase has the mostly action, because it could decompose xylan to xylo-oligosaccharides(XOS), β-1,4-xylanase is named endoxylanase.

3 Characteristic

TIANTIANXIANG xylanase is a kind of xylanase product produced by Jinan Tiantianxiang Co. Ltd by ahead homologous recombination stain. TIANTIANXIANG xylanase is a kind of pure enzyme, produced by means of modern technology of bioengineering，through submerged fermentation, and acid endoxylanase is the most among it. It has such virtues as follows: a broad range of pH enzyme activity, a long storage time and stable quality, etc. In order to meet different usersˊs need, TIANTIANXIANG xylanase has two type of products, one is in solid form (suitable for feed not to heat), the other in liquid form(suitable for feed to heat).

4 Functions

1.        Degrade the xylan to reduce the intestinal chime-mass viscosity in digestive tract and increase feed metabolizable energy and accelerate the absorbency of nutrient and promote animal production performance.

6 Usages

1.        Commend addition: 90～200g/ton  complete ration. Addition changes along with the different kind of feed and animal.

2.        Nutrient value: 30~70% corn is substituted for wheat-based ration（wheat、Wheat bran etc.）

3.        Energy: ME 60-120kcal/kg；DE：50-100kcal/kg

4.        Protein and amino acid: 1.5-6.7%

7 Notes:

1.        Converts the addition in formula feed to addition in concentrate feed and premix feed by proportion

2.        To infant animal, TIANTIANXIANG xylanase has better effect in company with digestive enzyme (amylase, protease etc.)

3.        To unconventional cake ration, TIANTIANXIANG xylanase has better effect in company with NSP enzymes (cellulose, β-glucanase etc.)

4.        Appends the liquid enzyme to pellet feed by special behind spraying equipment.
