β-mannan
β-mannan is a kind of Non-starch polysaccharides, occurred to
the plant cellular wall. The matter is an anti-nutritive factor
because it can pack protein and starch polysaccharides not to
degrade. β-mannan is a kind of important anti-nutritive factor
in common Oil-Seed-Meals (soybean meal and unconventional cake).

β-mannase action mechanisms
β-mannase is a kind of multienzyme that can degrade β-mannan to
mannose-oligosaccharides and increase animal production
performance.
Characteristic
TIANTIANXIANG β-mannase is a kind of β-mannase product produced
by Jinan Tiantianxiang Co. Ltd by ahead homologous recombination
stain. TIANTIANXIANG β-mannase is a kind of pure enzyme,
produced by means of modern technology of bioengineering，through
submerged fermentation. It has such virtues as follows: a broad
range of pH enzyme activity, a long storage time and stable
quality, etc. In order to meet different user’s need, TIANTIANXIANG β-mannase has two type of products, one
is in solid form(suitable for feed not to heat), the other in
liquid form(suitable for feed to heat).
Functions
Degrade the β-mannan to reduce the intestinal digesta viscosity
and increase feed metabolically energy and accelerates the
absorbency of nutrient and promotes animal production
performances.

Useful methods:
recommended addition: 90～120g/ton complete ration. Addition changes along with the
different kind of feed and animal.
Nutrient value:
Adapt to corn-soybean ration.
Energy: amino acid and ME 80-150kcal/kg protein: 2.1-6.7%.
Commonly, when TIANTIANXIANG β-mannase is formulated into a
diet, about 1.1-1.7% of added fat can be removed and replaced
with corn, and this corresponds to an ME of original feed
ration.
Notes:
Converts the addition in formula feed to addition in concentrate
feed and premix feed by proportion
To
infant animal, TIANTIANXIANG β-mannase has better effect in
company with digestive enzyme (amylase, protease etc.)
To
unconventional cake ration, TIANTIANXIANG β-mannase has better
effect in company with NSP enzymes (xylanase cellulose, β-glucanase
etc.)
Appends the liquid enzyme to pellet feed using special behind
