Shandong Recycling Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was registered and established in 2023 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million. It serves as the parent company of Jinan Tiantianxiang Co., Ltd., Shandong Tianrunhe Bioengineering Co., Ltd., Honorwood Environmental Technology (Jinan) Co., Ltd., and Shandong Regen Nutrition Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The group is simultaneously developing in multiple fields including animal husbandry, agriculture, environmental protection, and resource recycling. It is dedicated to the research, development, production, and sales of microbial inoculants, enzyme preparations, and feed additives. By integrating microbial technology with synthetic biology, the company aims to make bio-manufacturing simpler and more efficient, providing specialized solutions for green agriculture, healthy livestock farming, and environmental restoration.
Each subsidiary of the group has successively been recognized as a High-Tech Enterprise, Shandong Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative SME, a Jinan Municipal Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative SME, a Leading Agricultural Enterprise in Jinan City, a Gazelle Enterprise in Jinan City, an Innovative Enterprise in Jinan City, and one of the Top Ten Enterprises in Shandong Province’s Fermentation Industry participating in “Rural Revitalization”.
The group company currently has six production bases. The provincial base covers an area of 72 mu, while the Chongqing production base occupies 60 mu. Logistics and warehousing centers have been established in Chongqing, Yunnan, Shandong, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Sichuan, and other regions. The production bases employ a combination of on-site operations and centralized automated control systems, enabling seamless data exchange and precise equipment management, thereby creating an intelligent “neural” network for the factory. An integrated automated feed-storage and mixing production line is utilized, allowing materials to be directly fed into storage bins, ensuring clean, continuous production without any manual handling throughout the entire process, thus building an Industry 4.0 “5G+” smart, green bio-manufacturing facility. The company owns a total of 200 pieces of equipment (sets), including seed tanks, fermentation tanks, ingredient tanks, feeding tanks, cooling towers, pressure spray-drying towers, and more, which fully meet the requirements for product R&D, production, and quality control. The company boasts the capability for large-scale production and effectively guarantees the safety and stability of its products. Currently, it has obtained ISO9001 certification, ISO14001 certification, ISO45001 certification, ISO22000 food safety management system certification, the Two-Integration Management System certification, and the Intellectual Property Management System certification, further ensuring product safety and stability. The company has taken the lead in drafting the group standards “Evaluation Criteria for Green Factories in the Feed Industry” and “Microbial Agents for Soil Remediation,” and participated in drafting the national standard “Guidelines for Green Manufacturing—Green Supply Chain Management for Manufacturing Enterprises,” as well as the group standards “Microbial Agents for Livestock Farming” and “Microbial Agents for Aquaculture.”
The group places great emphasis on innovation in scientific and technological capabilities and the protection of intellectual property rights. It holds more than 20 authorized invention patents, over 90 utility model patents, and has registered more than 40 trademarks. The group has already completed the commercialization of over 60 scientific and technological achievements and has successively received project approval and support from initiatives such as the Shandong Province Science and Technology-based SME Innovation Capacity Enhancement Project, the Shandong Province Technological Innovation Project, and the Jinan City Science and Technology Development Plan. The group currently employs over 300 people, including a technically skilled R&D team with a well-balanced knowledge structure covering specialties such as bioengineering, fermentation engineering, microbiology, and chemical engineering—all of whom come from leading enterprises and renowned universities across China.
The company has established an expert workstation in Jinan City and is collaborating closely with leading research institutions, including the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Shandong University of Architecture, Hubei University, Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Provincial Academy of Sciences), and the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The company has also set up a postgraduate professional practice training base at the Beijing Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and a practical training base at Shandong University of Architecture. In August 2021, the Group Company and the Shandong Academy of Agricultural Sciences jointly established the Microbial Industry Technology Research Institute.
