Product Information
Description
Cellulase is fermented by choiceness strains using deep-layer liquid fermentation and advanced post-processing techniques. As a kind of multi-component compound enzyme, cellulase contains several types of incision enzyme with synergistic effect, which can catalyze the hydrolysis of cellulose, generating oligosaccharide and cellose and finally degrade cellulose into glucose.

Functions
1. Effectively degrade cellulose, destroy the cell wall, remove the protection to the inside nutrients and increase digestibility and absorptivity of feed.
2. Reduce the physical injury of cellulose to animal intestine, decrease the intestinal disease incidence.
3. Improve the utilization of unconventional feed, reduce feed cost.
4. Regulate intestinal microflora, enhance immune functions.
Definition of Activity
One unit of cellulase is defined as the quantity of enzyme, which release 1μmol of reducing sugar from 5mg/mL sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution at 50℃ and pH 4.8 in 1min.
Dosage
Suggest adding 30-50ml/t (10000U/g) in feed. Add to premixed feed and concentrated feed in proportion.
