Protease has many types and presently we can produce keratinase, acid protease, neutral protease and alkaline protease. Alkaline Serine Protease, not only is an alkaline protease, but also can break down disulfide bond, disintegrate keratin.

Function
1. Supplement the deficiency of endo-protease for animal.
2. Increase protein digestibility in animal feed , reduce the dosage of protein in feed formula and lower the feed cost.
3. Reduce the impacts caused by the quality fluctuations of feedstuff from different areas and stabilize production performance.
4. Protect the environment and lessen pollution of nitrogen.
5. Develop out some new feedstuff e.g hydrolyzing feather meal, soybean meal and blood plasma powder.
Definition of activity
One unit (U) of protease activity is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1 μg tyrosine per minute from substrate casein at 40℃ and pH 10.5 under the conditions of the test.
Dosage
Suggest adding 20-25g/t (50000U/g) in feed.
